TITAN Stack correlates best with Training Programs geared toward Lean Mass, Strength, Size, Power and Increased Definition. This should not be used by beginners. All prohormone cycles should be followed by a proper Post Cycle Therapy (PCT). Liver support should be used with any prohormone.

 Weeks 1-4: TITAN

Start the first month with TITAN. Training during this phase should be higher volume but intense. Add weight slowly through the first week then gradually add weight to your sets as needed. Make sure to be consuming proper calories and nutrients according to your body style, goals and training program. A good night sleep is also important to good recover. Dosing about 6 to 9 hours apart is optimal. Do NOT exceed a total of 3 dosages per 24 hrs.

Weeks 5-8: TITAN TWO

During the weeks 5-8 with TITAN TWO, continue to train hard and start assessing your progress and making any adjustments you see fit in your training or diet to continue seeing making the desired progress. Even when lifters may feel they can add a ton more weight to the bar for crazy PR’s doesn’t mean you should. That can be dangerous! Dosing about 6 to 9 hours apart is optimal. Do NOT exceed a total of 3 dosages per 24 hrs.

Weeks 8-12: Restore (PCT)

About 5 days before you run out of your *ProHormone* start introducing Restore. Restore will slingshot natural testosterone through the roof and crush estrogen. This will make it possible to keep all your gains and not have any future side effects. Take your first Restore pill in the morning, second pill in the midday, and third at night an hour or 2 before bed.
